IsoPlexis: Technology Basics
IsoPlexis technology is a highly multiplexed automated single-cell proteomics platform able to capture and analyze thousands of individual cells simultaneously. The platform provides insights into complex cellular communication and signaling. The technology uses IsoCode chips to run single-cell profiling assays. Each IsoCode chip allows for the measurement of the secreted cytokine profile of thousands of single cells in parallel for 25+ cytokines at a time. Targeted cytokines released by the cells are being captured by an antibody barcode array and quantified.
